The drawing will take place virtually using a third party random drawing company and it’ll be supervised by a third party certified public auditor. Winners will be notified as soon as possible after the drawing on 6/28/19 but prior to 7/12/19.

Odds are calculated based on the number of guaranteed prizes and the expected volume of entries. We forecast the expected number of entries based on values seen with previous campaigns of high prize values.
Yes! If you enter before Early Bird, enter as a Multi-Entry order, or participate in Weekly Add-On Drawings, you’ll still remain in the drawing for the grand prize and sub-prizes. However, the grand prize winner is unable to win any of the sub-prizes.
Generally, donations made in connection with sweepstakes entries may be tax deductible for the amount beyond any value assigned to the entry. It's important to note that there are varying legal interpretations on how to determine value, ranging from zero to 100%. You should consult your tax professional about whether you should choose to write off your donation. If you do, all donations are made directly to CAF America and the confirmation email we sent you at the time of purchase acts as your receipt of donation.
Omaze will not be covering taxes on prizes. However, there are cash alternatives for prizes valued at $5K+ so all selected winners will be able to accept their prize.

Yes—in order to receive the house prize, grand prize winner must be a US resident. If the grand prize winner resides outside the US, they’ll automatically win the cash alternative prize. Residents of the following states and countries are not eligible to win: Florida state, New York state, Belgium, China, Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria or Thailand. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws.
